Question 1

Where is HOUSEWINE available?

Accepted Answer

We travel throughout Belgium and across the border into the Netherlands and northern France.

Question 2

How many guests can you serve?

Accepted Answer

From an intimate reception to an event for more than 500 guests. We scale the team accordingly.

Question 3

What does the wine bar need on site?

Accepted Answer

A level accessible surface and preferably a power connection. We confirm practical details in advance.

Question 4

Do you offer alcohol-free drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including alcohol-free sparkling and wine alternatives, soft drinks and water.

Question 5

How far ahead should we book?

Accepted Answer

For peak season, we recommend booking three to six months ahead.

Question 6

How does a quote work?

Accepted Answer

Send the date, venue, guest count and preferred concept. We reply within two working days.

Question 7

Do you take care of the music too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beats & Bottles is our signature: atmospheric sets during the aperitif, more tempo as the evening goes on.

Question 8

Which concepts can I combine?

Accepted Answer

You choose between the mobile wine bar, HOUSEWINE À TABLE and HOUSEWINE AT HOME. Restaurants and shops can also contact us directly about a B2B partnership.

Question 9

How is the price of an event calculated?

Accepted Answer

The price depends on the number of guests, the duration, the drinks you choose, the team required, equipment and transport. That is why we always prepare a clear, tailored quote rather than promising an unconfirmed standard price.

Question 10

Are glassware, ice and cooling included?

Accepted Answer

They can be fully included in the concept. In the quote we list separately which glassware, what cooling capacity, how much ice and which bar equipment are provided.

Question 11

Can you work with our caterer or venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate timing, food pairing, delivery slots and practical arrangements directly with your caterer, wedding planner or venue manager.

Question 12

What happens in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

We agree on a workable rain plan in advance. The Defender needs enough accessible, stable ground; if necessary, service can continue from a covered bar area.

Question 13

Can unopened bottles be returned?

Accepted Answer

For orders and concepts, we agree any return options clearly in advance. The exact conditions are set out transparently in your personal proposal.

Question 14

Can I order just HOUSEWINE bottles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The three house wines are available separately through the cart. Online payment will be activated as soon as the final shop integration is ready.

Question 15

Does every bottle have a playlist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every bottle has a Spotify playlist matching its character and ideal moment.

Question 16

Can you handle a brand or product launch?

Accepted Answer

Certainly. We can tailor the bar styling, wine selection, service pace and music to the brand story, the target audience and the launch programme.

Question 17

How does delivery without full service work?

Accepted Answer

We agree a delivery window, deliver chilled and go through the equipment with you. Collection and any returns are scheduled in advance, so your team knows exactly what happens when.

Question 18

Can a booking be changed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

We handle changes as flexibly as possible. The specific change and cancellation terms depend on the date, products already ordered and staff already scheduled, and are set out in the quote.

Question 19

Do you also work at hard-to-reach venues?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Share photos, dimensions and details about the ground, access route, power and loading space in advance. That way we can decide whether the Defender itself can stand there or a mobile bar set-up is a better fit.
