Six o’clock, the sun still hangs above the hedge and the first friends wander into the garden. That’s the moment for Show Me The Love. This rosé is light enough to open an evening with and juicy enough to stay with until late. Go ahead and put the bottle in the middle of the table: it’s made to go round, from glass to glass.
Serve it cool, at around 8–10°C. An ice bucket with water and ice on the table keeps it at that temperature, even as the evening stretches on.
